Knowing this, Stang Enterprises elected to make plans from the most popular architects in the business “the standard” for residents in The Sanctuary of Greenville. The following architects are known for their designs in creativity, livability, affordability and elegance. A majority of their styles fit in concert with the architectural themes laid out in the covenants of The Sanctuary of Greenville subdivision. What we end up with is well over 400 + plans for our residents to choose from. As with any plan, if changes are necessary to meet your needs, Stang Enterprises will work with you to create the place that you want to call home. Home exteriors at the Sanctuary of Greenville are made exclusively with James Hardie board, stone or brick. We also believe in side facing garages and concrete stamping for driveways and walkways for each new home.
